Six machines have powered rotating tables rated at 2,500 lb. The largest machine has a powered rotating table rated at 5,000 lb and has two operator stations – one high & one low. It will handle components up to 68 inches diameter and 59 inches tall. This collection of blast cabinets gives us great flexibility in scheduling production and assures our customers of excellent turn-around time.

Kaytech has designed and built proprietary blasting machines to remove coatings on the interior of combustion parts. These machines efficiently remove coatings in a uniform fashion from our customer’s components without damaging the underlying substrate.
